Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of CrewBharat (crewbharat.com and its app), operated by Anuda Realty Private Limited. By creating an account or using CrewBharat you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. What CrewBharat is

CrewBharat is an online marketplace that helps people who need construction work ("clients") find and connect with construction contractors ("contractors"), through search, profiles, chat, project posts and bidding.

CrewBharat is not a party to any agreement between a client and a contractor. Contractors are independent businesses, not employees or agents of CrewBharat. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, timing, legality or price of any work, and we are not responsible for payments made between clients and contractors. Clients should check a contractor's work, references and agreement terms before hiring.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• Your mobile number is verified by OTP. Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us at once about any unauthorised use.
• One person or business should hold one account of each type. We may refuse, suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

3. Contractors

• Your profile, categories, photos and claims about your experience must be true and must belong to you.
• The Verified badge means your identity details were checked (through online eKYC or reviewed documents). It is not a guarantee of the quality of your work.
• You are responsible for your own licences, permits, taxes, insurance, workers and safety, and for honouring the bids you submit.
• Profiles created from Anuda's existing contractor records can be claimed by registering with the same mobile number, or removed on request.

4. Clients

• Project details you post must be genuine and accurate.
• Use contractor contact details only to discuss your own construction project.
• Reviews must reflect your real experience with the contractor.

5. Contact points

• Chatting with contractors on CrewBharat is free.
• A client can see a contractor's phone number by using 100 points per contractor. Once unlocked, that number stays visible to the same client without using more points.
• Points are sold in packs (currently 1,000 points for ₹500, 2,000 points for ₹900 and 2,500 points for ₹1,000). Prices include GST. Prices and packs may change; the price shown when you pay is the price that applies.
• New client accounts receive 2,000 free points once, and every client receives 1,000 free points in each calendar month they use CrewBharat. Free monthly points that are not used by the end of that month expire. When you view a contact, your free monthly points are used first.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold. Bought points and the signup bonus do not expire while your account is active. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• To protect contractors, the number of contacts that can be unlocked in a day is limited.
• Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments; their terms also apply to the payment itself.

6. What you must not do

• Copy, scrape, harvest, download in bulk, resell or republish contractor or client data, by any automated or manual means.
• Create fake or duplicate accounts, impersonate anyone, or get around limits, payments or security measures.
• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or abusive, threatening, misleading or unlawful content.
• Post fake projects, bids or reviews, or manipulate ratings.
• Use CrewBharat for anything unlawful, or try to hack, overload or interfere with it.

We may remove content, limit features, withhold or remove points obtained through misuse, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and may take legal action where appropriate.

7. Content

You keep ownership of the content you post (profile text, photos, project details, reviews and messages) and give CrewBharat a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and use it to run and promote the service. You confirm you have the right to post it. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law. The CrewBharat name, logo and website are owned by Anuda Realty Private Limited.

8. Liability

CrewBharat is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Anuda Realty Private Limited is not liable for any work, delay, loss, damage, injury or dispute arising from dealings between clients and contractors, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to CrewBharat is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to compensate Anuda Realty Private Limited for claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your content, or your dealings with other users.

10. Closing your account

You can stop using CrewBharat and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to support@crewbharat.com. Points left in a closed account are not refundable, except as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to CrewBharat.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page; continuing to use CrewBharat after a change means you accept the updated terms.
