Delete Your Account
CrewBharat app and crewbharat.com, by Anuda Realty Private Limited.
If there is any difference between the English and Hindi versions, the English version prevails.
You can delete your CrewBharat account at any time, from the app or the website. Your account closes at once and your personal data is erased within 30 days.
Delete it yourself
- Log in to the CrewBharat app or website.
- Go to Account → Settings and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm by typing DELETE.
Can't log in?
Write to support@crewbharat.com with the subject "Delete my account", from your registered email or with your registered mobile number. We will confirm before deleting. A contractor whose profile was created from Anuda's records can ask for it to be removed the same way.
What happens
- Straight away: you are signed out and can no longer sign in; a contractor profile no longer appears in search or on its public page.
- Within 30 days we erase: your name, mobile number, email, profile and work photos, service areas, projects you posted, bids, chat messages and app notification tokens. Reviews you wrote are kept without your name.
What we keep
- Payment and invoice records — kept for 8 years, as Indian tax law requires.
- eKYC and document verification records (the result of Aadhaar, PAN and bank checks) — kept for 5 years after the account is closed, to prevent fraud and settle disputes.
